Email Marketing Specialist – Packaging Campaign USA

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize packaging campaign initiatives targeted at the US market. The ideal candidate will be skilled in designing, executing, and analyzing email campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing objectives and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for packaging-focused initiatives in the US market.
• Segment and manage subscriber lists to ensure relevant messaging and high deliverability.
• Write, design, and optimize email templates for conversions (open rate, CTR, sales).
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and CTAs.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance (deliverability, open rates, CTR, conversions).
• Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure messaging consistency.
• Stay current on CAN-SPAM compliance, email best practices, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in email marketing (preferably in B2B or packaging industry).
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign).
• Strong knowledge of list segmentation, automation, and personalization strategies.
• Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics or platform-native reporting.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Understanding of email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).

Nice to Have

• Experience in the packaging, manufacturing, or supply chain industry.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
• Knowledge of graphic design basics (Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite).
• Exposure to AI-driven email optimization tools.
