We are looking for a Digital Media / Social Media Expert to manage and grow our online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating engaging content, running paid campaigns, analyzing performance, and building strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Create engaging content (text, images, videos, reels) tailored to different audiences.
- Run and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
- Manage online communities, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a positive brand image.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to ensure consistent branding.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and social media trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in social media and digital marketing roles.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
- Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
- Excellent English communication and creative writing skills.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
