Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely salary processing based on attendance, leaves, and overtime.
- Handle legal deductions like income tax, EOBI, and social security in compliance with labor laws.
- Manage final settlements for exiting employees and coordinate with Finance for salary disbursements.
- Maintain updated payroll records, generate reports, and support audit requirements.
- Address employee payroll queries and suggest improvements to payroll systems and processes.
Qualification: Bachelor’s in HR (Master’s in HRM or MBA-HR Preferred).
Experience: 5–6 years in HR, including 2+ years in payroll management, preferably in FMCG; ERP system experience (SAP/Oracle) is a plus.
