Business Development Lead – International

Lahore, Pakistan

As the Business Development Lead – International (Minerals Division), you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships, and ensuring consistent growth in export markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new prospective international customers.
  • Lead a client acquisition approach to expand the global customer base.
  • Oversee quality assurance management to ensure product compliance with international standards.
  • Coordinate with shipping agents and logistics partners for timely, cost-effective deliveries.
  • Manage end-to-end consignment handling including documentation and export compliance.
  • Build strong relationships to drive customer retention and long-term growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on international sales/export experience (preferably in Chromite, Iron Ore, or related minerals).
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of international business development and coordination.

Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Salary Range: PKR 80,000 – 130,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
