Leads Generation Specialist

Lahore, Pakistan

We are seeking a Software Sales & Lead Generation Expert who can identify, target, and engage potential clients in the Pakistani market. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, finding the right audience (factories, hospitals, restaurants, industrial businesses), and converting them into software sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads in Pakistan’s industrial, healthcare, and hospitality sectors.
  • Research and build target client lists using Google, LinkedIn, directories, and market research.
  • Make cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage decision-makers.
  • Present and explain our Asset Management & Maintenance Software to prospects.
  • Schedule and conduct product demo sessions for potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate lead data in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in B2B software sales or lead generation (ERP, SaaS, POS preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Pakistan’s industrial and commercial markets.
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation tools (LinkedIn, Apollo, Skrapp, Hunter.io, Google Maps).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English & Urdu).
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Job timings Morning 10am to 7pm

Sat and Sunday off .

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
