Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding Edvoy’s reach by developing strategic partnerships, onboarding educational consultants, and increasing student enrolment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current relationships.
  • Onboard and manage educational consultants and agents to drive student referrals.
  • Organize and participate in educational fairs, seminars, and webinars to promote Edvoy’s services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and ensure regular communication and updates.
  • Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to ensure seamless support for students and partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine business strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly student recruitment targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the education or study abroad sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
