We’re Hiring: Sourcing and Sales Engineer

Are you an engineer with a passion for procurement and sales? We’re looking for a Sourcing and Sales Engineer with a technical background to bridge the gap between our supply chain and sales operations. This role involves sourcing high-quality components, comparing technical specifications, and engaging with international vendors to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and Procurement:
• Collaborate with the procurement team to identify and source technical components from global vendors.
• Contact international suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Evaluate vendor offerings and negotiate terms to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality compliance.
• Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team in analyzing and comparing technical specifications of products.
• Provide detailed and accurate technical input to meet client requirements.
• Liaise with foreign vendors to clarify product details and address technical queries.
• Technical and Vendor Analysis:
• Conduct technical evaluations of products and services to ensure they meet business and client needs.
• Research new vendors and technologies to enhance the procurement process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical compatibility of sourced components.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Prepare procurement and sales-related documentation, including quotations, purchase orders, and technical evaluations.
• Maintain organized records of vendor communications and product specifications.
• Generate regular reports to track procurement and sales performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field) or An Experienced Technical Professional having Graduate Degree
• Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or sales support roles.
• Strong understanding of technical specifications and engineering components.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for dealing with vendors and internal teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) is an advantage.
