Procurement Assistant (Import) FemaleJoin Our Team as a Procurement Assistant (Import)We&rsquo;re hiring a Procurement Assistant (Import) to support our procurement and logistics activities, ensuring smooth import operations and timely delivery of goods.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Import Coordination:</li><li>Assist in coordinating with suppliers to manage purchase orders and shipment schedules.</li><li>Track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delays with vendors or freight forwarders.</li><li>Documentation Management:</li><li>Prepare and review import-related documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.</li><li>Ensure accurate and complete documentation for customs clearance and compliance.</li><li>Vendor and Freight Coordination:</li><li>Communicate with freight forwarders and clearing agents to facilitate import processes.</li><li>Follow up on shipment status and update relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Customs and Banking Support:</li><li>Assist in managing customs clearance procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.</li><li>Support trade finance activities, including letters of credit, bank guarantees, and payment documentation.</li><li>Record-Keeping and Reporting:</li><li>Maintain organized records of shipments, costs, and supplier communications.</li><li>Generate periodic reports to track import performance and identify improvement opportunities.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or Intermediate with experience in related field.</li><li>Experience in import/export operations.</li><li>Experience in a Fright Forwarding firm is Recommended.</li><li>Familiarity with import documentation and customs regulations.</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, PDF Editing; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Intermediate (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Imports Related Documentation: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Lahore (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
