Interwood Mobel is seeking a highly motivated Deputy Manager - Business Development to support our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development within the furniture, interiors, or construction industries and will play a vital role in strengthening our market presence and client partnerships.
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and maintain existing client relationships to maximize sales and profitability.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of service offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress against objectives.
- Represent Interwood at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the brand and gather market intelligence.
- Support the Manager in identifying and implementing innovative marketing strategies to enhance business development efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in business development or sales within the furniture, interiors, or construction sectors.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales dynamics, client relationship management, and project sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant sales tracking tools.
