Key ongoing and delivered projects include The Magnus Mall, Gulberg Trade Center, GRC, Mall of Korang, Gulberg Icon I & II, Islamabad Square, Twin City Towers, Swiss Suites Ayubia & Bhurban, The Delicacy in Bahria Town, and PWD Islamabad.

Elaan Marketing is currently seeking experienced Assistant Manager Sales with a strong background in real estate high-rise projects. The ideal candidate must possess an active and verified network of investors, dealers, and end-users, along with proven expertise in real estate sales and development across Islamabad.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

1. Business Development & Client Acquisition – Generate qualified leads, convert prospects into buyers, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for high-rise residential and commercial projects. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of end users, dealers, investors, and corporate clients.

2. Project Promotion & Relationship Management – Effectively present project features, benefits, and return to clients, conduct site visits, and manage client negotiations. Maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat and referral sales within the real estate market.

3. Market Intelligence & Reporting – Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitors’ projects, and pricing strategies. Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management to support strategic decision-making.
