Business Development Representative

Apimio is looking for passionate and motivated Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our growing team. This role is perfect for recent graduates or early-career professionals (up to 1 year of experience) who want to start a career in tech sales at a fast-paced SaaS company. As a BDR, you’ll focus on lead generation, outreach, and client engagement, while also gaining valuable exposure to client onboarding and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads through email, social media, and outbound campaigns.
• Execute personalized outreach at scale using HubSpot CRM.
• Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
• Book and schedule product demos for potential clients.
• Conduct initial product demos and hand off qualified leads to senior sales staff.
• Support new clients during the onboarding phase, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and track pipeline progress.
• Collect client feedback to improve sales and onboarding workflows.
• Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and generate high-quality leads.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) is a plus.
• Ability to write professional outreach emails and follow structured sales flows.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Passion for SaaS sales, client engagement, and career growth in the tech industry.

Nice to Have

• Internship or project experience in SaaS, sales, or CRM tools.
• Understanding of digital marketing or outreach automation.
• Exposure to client onboarding, training, or customer success.
