Position Overview
We are hiring an APAC Territory Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a client, covering Southeast Asia. This role focuses on uncovering new opportunities through inbound and outbound outreach, with a strong emphasis on selling event-related solutions (both digital and physical).
Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and build pipeline through account mapping, cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.

Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, business environment, and event participation goals.

Support sales of digital and physical events in the APAC region.

Collaborate with client teams to refine sales strategies and qualification processes.

Conduct market research, database management, and reporting to support business objectives.

Manage all activity through CRM tools (Salesforce and/or HubSpot).

Prepare weekly reports highlighting pipeline status, market trends, and key conversations.
Requirements

Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential; additional languages are an advantage.

Previous experience in field marketing, events, or sales development is required.

Proven background in B2B sales, marketing, or lead generation.

Bachelors degree preferred (Sales, Marketing, Business, or Communications).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and goal-driven role.

Must have an international-quality workstation setup (reliable internet, modern laptop/headset).
Role Details

Territory: Southeast Asia excluding China, India & Japan

Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 9 AM 5 PM Asia Time (subject to variation)

Compensation: Base salary + monthly lead bonuses
