Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Commercial Development Representative (CDS) to identify new business opportunities, driving meaningful connections with potential clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of customer needs to deliver tailored solutions that align with our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities through inbound leads, prospect lists, research, and discovery calls.
Understand customer needs, present our services as tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to effectively position our offerings.
Follow up prospects, conduct research to identify additional opportunities and maintain engagement.
Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
Utilize client acquisition calls, email campaigns and other creative methods to build a strong lead pipeline.
Conduct sales presentations, product demos and manage negotiations to close deals successfully.
Conduct high-volume calls and outreach efforts to introduce our software solutions and technical services to prospects.
Spearhead upselling strategies with existing clients, effectively promoting Innovative and cutting-edge services.
Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Expertise in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting platforms.
3+ years of experience in sales and lead generation, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Track record of success in fostering long-term client relationships.
