We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to drive international business expansion and independently manage end-to-end RFP/RFQ/RFI processes.
Position Summary:
The role involves identifying and securing international business opportunities, preparing and submitting proposals, and managing the complete pre-sales and client acquisition cycle. Responsibilities include lead generation, documentation, internal coordination, and ensuring timely, high-quality submissions that meet client requirements.
Primary Duties – Business Development & Client Outreach:
- Research and identify new international business prospects aligned with Applivity’s services.
- Reach out to potential clients via cold emails, LinkedIn, networking platforms, and other outbound methods.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified global leads.
- Conduct online and in-person meetings to present services.
- Maintain long-term relationships with international decision-makers and clients.
- Represent the company in webinars, trade shows, and networking events.
RFP/RFQ/RFI Management (Independent Execution):
- Identify and track relevant RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs through international procurement channels.
- Review tender documentation to understand client requirements and eligibility criteria.
- Draft, customize, and submit high-quality proposals incorporating technical and business inputs.
- Collaborate with internal teams for technical details, case studies, and project timelines.
- Prepare tailored executive summaries, company profiles, and solution overviews.
- Ensure submissions meet deadlines and follow required formats.
- Follow up with clients, respond to clarifications, and update proposal documentation.
- Maintain a tracker for proposal timelines, status, and win/loss results.
- Improve proposal quality using feedback and performance analysis.
CRM & Reporting Responsibilities:
- Manage leads and proposal progress in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Submit weekly reports on outreach activities, proposals, and results.
- Analyze proposal outcomes to improve future submissions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B business development or pre-sales for IT/software services.
- Proven track record of independently managing RFP/RFQ/RFI processes.
- Strong proposal writing, documentation, and client communication skills.
- Knowledge of international bidding standards and procurement formats.
- Understanding of software development services, project scoping, and technical solutions.
- Excellent English writing and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Flexibility to work with clients across multiple time zones.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience handling RFPs from North America, the UK, GCC, or Europe.
- Familiarity with Upwork, Clutch, Freelancer, and GoodFirms.
- Understanding of NDAs, MSAs, pricing models, and service agreements.
- Experience preparing proposals for software, app development, SaaS, or enterprise solutions.
- Cross-cultural communication or multilingual skills.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
