We're seeking a dynamic Upwork Bidder with 1-2 years of proven experience in business development and project acquisition on Upwork and similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects, crafting compelling proposals to secure new business.
• Manage client relationships and negotiate project terms.
• Monitor and report on bidding performance.

Requirements:

• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
• Expertise in CRM.
• Proven experience in web development, lead generation.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Bachelor's degree.
