Job Overview:

Hashtag Media is a creative digital agency specializing in web design, web development, branding, and digital marketing. We are expanding our sales team and seeking an experienced Business Development Executive (Female) to manage and grow our presence on Upwork and Fiverr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize company-owned Upwork and Fiverr accounts.
• Identify and apply for relevant web design, development, and branding projects daily.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, target clients, and emerging trends.
• Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking.
• Write personalized, high-converting proposals and pitches to potential clients.
• Understand client needs and communicate project details effectively.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, handle negotiations, and close deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of leads, clients, bidding activities, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with the team to align business goals and meet client needs.
• Bring forward new ideas and innovative approaches to strengthen business development strategies.
• Perform any other duties relevant to the role as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in freelance platform bidding (Upwork, Fiverr), business development, sales or related roles..
• Strong understanding of web design, development, and branding services.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience in writing customized proposals and handling clients directly.
• Ability to bring innovative ideas and creative solutions to reach business targets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Note: This is a hybrid role, primarily remote, with six working days a week. However, the employee is required to attend the office as needed or when requested by the management.
