Position Title:

Real Estate & Construction Sales Executive

Department:

Sales & Marketing

Reports To:

Sales Manager / Head of Sales

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in real estate and construction.

· Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and property owners.

· Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.

· Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring alignment with company goals.

· Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and documentation.

· Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

· Stay updated with property market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.

· Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain long-term client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

· Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in real estate or construction sales.

· Strong understanding of property market dynamics and construction services.

· Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and networking skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Competencies

· Experience in luxury real estate, housing societies, or large-scale construction projects.

· Knowledge of local property laws, contracts, and regulations.

· Valid driving license with willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
