Real Estate Manager

• Oversee daily operations of the real estate division, including sales, leasing, and property management.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate the real estate sales team to deliver high performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners.
• Monitor market trends, property values, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Handle contract negotiations, agreements, and deal closures.
• Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and company policies in all transactions.
• Prepare reports and present updates to senior management.
• Manage marketing activities for property listings and promotions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client issues effectively.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
