Responsibilities

• Perform necessary activities associated with lead generation and PR.
• Specifically targeting professionals and potential Clients interested in buying offices, Apartments, retail and commercial spaces.
• Meeting of deal execution timelines
• Evaluate and assess additional exposure to new relationships
• Participates in strategic decisions regarding changing, updating and commercial plans.
• Offering strong cross-sale options specifically designed for potential buyers.
• Evaluation of business demand for real estate uses
• Identification of opportunities to add corporate value via real estate assets and solutions
• Improvised solutions for potential buyers and Competitor analysis.
• Focus on the achievement of new business goals, as determined by Line Commercial Director.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Preferred
• Strong PR network and social circle
• residing in Islamabad/Rawalpindi
