Customer Care Representative-Property management

Job Title:

Customer Care Property Management– (Investment Companies Experience preffered)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Coordinator will support the team in managing client accounts, coordinating proposals, and ensuring smooth execution of property mangement operations, with a focus on banking and legal sector clients. This role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of compliance to maintain client relationships and ensure regulatory adherence.

Candidate Must Have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in coordination & client servicing.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of compliance requirements (KYC, AML, contracts)

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Coordination

  • Act as the main point of contact between the team, clients, and internal departments.
  • Draft, review, and manage proposals, contracts, and agreements for banking and legal clients.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and sales documentation as per client needs.
  • Maintain updated client records, sales pipelines, and KPIs in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communication to ensure seamless sales processes.

Banking & Legal Compliance

  • Ensure all property management activities comply with legal regulations.
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to review contracts and documents.
  • Support KYC/AML processes for onboarding new clients.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs.
  • Resolve client queries efficiently and escalate complex matters as required.
  • Support account managers in client retention and upselling efforts.

Reporting & Administration

  • Keep accurate records of agreements, invoices, and compliance documents.
  • Prepare regular complaints performance reports for management.
  • Assist in preparing bids and tenders for banking or legal sector projects.

Qualifications:

  • Education: BA, O Levels, or BBA.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales coordination, client servicing, or business support
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite, CRM systems, and document management tools.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Industry knowledge of ,financial, and legal processes.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
  • High attention to detail, especially in compliance and documentation.
  • Client-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset for reviewing contracts and data.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented.
