Tele Sale plus Customer Support Executive (Female)

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Qualify leads and gather key information.
  • Present products or services clearly and persuasively.
  • Convince customers to make a purchase or sign up for a service.
  • Call back interested leads.
  • Send follow-up emails or messages.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
  • Address customer inquiries about products, services,
  • Troubleshoot problems customers face.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments if needed.
  • Ensure high-quality service and a positive customer experience.
  • Show empathy and professionalism at all times.
  • Log calls, feedback, issues, and resolutions.
  • Maintain CRM systems or customer databases.
  • Stay updated on service features and company policies.
  • Key Skills Required:
  • Excellent communication (spoken and written)
  • Persuasion and negotiation
  • Problem-solving
  • Patience and empathy
  • CRM or call center software knowledge (preferred)
  • Time management.
