Account Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive to handle accurate data entry and financial reconciliation tasks. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations, ensure records are up to date, and help resolve discrepancies in financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter financial data into accounting systems
• Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and ledger accounts
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies
• Support reporting and audits
• Maintain accurate and confidential financial records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience with data entry and reconciliation
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational skills
