   Job Purpose:
  
- 
   Incumbent will support for Fixed Voice and data products and will be responsible for development & Life cycle management of Fixed Line products. This is a specifically designed Techno-commercial role
  
   Job Responsibilities:
  
- 
   Fixed voice products strategic planning to retain significant position among fixed voice and digital industry players
  
- 
   Managing fixed voice portfolio commercially and technically for Partnerships and Solutions, SIP and PR in close liaison with Sales, Engineering, Regional ESS and other support teams.
  
- 
   Managing fixed data portfolio commercially and technically for Partnerships and Solutions, DIA, DPLC, IPLC, Shared Internet in close liaison with Sales, Engineering, Regional ESS and other support teams.
  
- 
   Close liaison working with NP, NOMC, CBSC, RESS, IT, Finance, Legal, Regulatory and other stakeholders regarding Fixed products support and compliance related matters
  
- 
   End to end design, feasibility analysis, pricing and commercial launch of new products related to fixed domain.
  
- 
   Fixed products pricing & partnership and alliances management for growth in revenue of fixed portfolio.
  
- 
   Industry needs analysis, customer feedback, surveys and competitors’ analysis
  
- 
   Driving sales teams by devising area wise product market plan, pricing, monetization and positioning strategy
  
- 
   Formation of products policies and processes management
  
- 
   Development, rollout and launch of voice and digital products
  
- 
   Fixed products viability and competitive assessment
  
- 
   Support engineering teams for designing technical solutions
  
- 
   Commercial feasibility analysis (competitive assessment, target segments, subscribers forecast, pricing, product positioning, potential partners and business model, cost structure, revenue forecast and profitability)
  
- 
   Business case and product paper preparation and approval from management
  
- 
   Ensuring Sales Kit Preparation including Sales collateral, Digital media, sales videos and training, product user manuals
  
- 
   Yearly, quarterly and monthly Business planning for fixed voice products (including industry use cases, segment identification, business areas)Customers visit for customized solutions designing and special requirements
  
- 
   Liaison with LEAs, PTA, CCP and other government and regulatory bodies in coordination with legal and regulatory teams for products related issues and projects
  
   Education:
  
- 
   BS in Telecom Engineering or Computer Science Preferably MBA Marketing / MS Project Management
  
   Work Experience:
  
- 
   6-8 years telecom industry hands-on experience in fixed line networks & 3-4 years of commercial experience will be preferred (Product Development / Presales)
