Female sales executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, and closing property sales. You will represent the company in property transactions and ensure excellent customer service throughout the buying/selling process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell residential and/or commercial real estate properties to clients.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and open houses.
• Guide clients through the property buying, selling, and leasing processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide after-sales support.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive offerings.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with clients and developers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals.
• Collaborate with marketing, legal, and administrative teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in real estate (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of real estate laws, market trends, and property management.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Valid real estate license or certification (if required by local regulations).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
