<div><p>Main Responsibilities</p></div>
<div><p>HSE Leadership &amp; Compliance</p></div>
<ul>
<li>Promote and enforce HSE culture across project teams and contractors.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with corporate and local HSE regulations and the Company&rsquo;s H3SE framework.</li>
<li>Use Stop Work authority when necessary and report any incidents immediately.</li>
<li>Support deployment of HSE principles across CPY and Contractor teams.</li>
</ul>
<div><p>Project Management &amp; Construction Coordination</p></div>
<ul>
<li>Support the Construction Manager in project execution and task delegation.</li>
<li>Oversee and coordinate construction engineering to ensure timely deliverables and execution.</li>
<li>Ensure construction execution aligns with design dossiers, technical referential, project schedule, and budget.</li>
<li>Monitor EPC contractor deliverables and verify progress for milestone validations.</li>
<li>Ensure implementation of Company construction management strategies and specifications.</li>
<li>Monitor In-Country Value (ICV) plan implementation (local workforce, suppliers).</li>
</ul>
<div><p>Technical Support &amp; Quality Assurance</p></div>
<ul>
<li>Review contractor&rsquo;s key deliverables, ensuring compliance with design and construction specifications.</li>
<li>Ensure interfaces between packages are identified and coordinated.</li>
<li>Validate design consistency and integration across LNG facilities.</li>
<li>Contribute to risk assessments, audits, and peer reviews.</li>
</ul>
<div><p>Construction Execution Oversight</p></div>
<ul>
<li>Participate in site supervision and contractor coordination when required.</li>
<li>Review progress and contribute to internal construction reporting.</li>
<li>Track and escalate schedule risks or deviations; propose mitigation actions.</li>
<li>Follow up with site teams to ensure area readiness and proper work fronts.</li>
<li>Ensure quality and completeness of final documentation from contractors and vendors.</li>
<li>Coordinate with EPC contractors on work plans, method statements, and execution strategies.</li>
<li>Monitor the effectiveness of contractor construction management systems.</li>
<li>Support commissioning interface and system handover readiness.</li>
</ul>
<div><p>Administration &amp; Continuous Improvement</p></div>
<ul>
<li>Follow up on construction-related administrative processes.</li>
<li>Ensure confidentiality of project documentation.</li>
<li>Lead or attend all construction planning and coordination meetings.</li>
<li>Maintain construction tracking tools and close-out actions.</li>
<li>Prepare Lessons Learned and REX during EPC phase.</li>
</ul>
<div><p>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience</p></div>
<div><p>Education</p></div>
<ul>
<li>Engineering degree (required)</li>
</ul>
<div><p>Experience</p></div>
<ul>
<li>10+ years of oil &amp; gas construction experience, preferably on large-scale projects</li>
<li>Experience from both owner and contractor perspectives</li>
</ul>
<div><p>Technical Expertise</p></div>
<ul>
<li>Construction management and EPC coordination</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of O&amp;G construction standards and practices</li>
<li>Pre-commissioning and commissioning interface experience</li>
<li>Experience in documentation control and QA/QC</li>
</ul>
<div><p>HSE</p></div>
<ul>
<li>Strong safety culture and demonstrated leadership in HSE compliance</li>
</ul>
<div><p>Soft Skills</p></div>
<ul>
<li>Effective communicator and team player in multinational environments</li>
<li>Strong planning, reporting, and organizational skills</li>
<li>Capable of influencing decisions regarding safety, schedule, and cost</li>
</ul>
<div><p>Languages</p></div>
<ul>
<li>Fluent English (written and spoken)</li>
<li>Arabic or French is a plus</li></ul></div>
