<p>
CONTRACTOR&rsquo;s PERSONNEL is accountable for the following activities:
</p><ul><li>Follow, Monitor and Supervise Piping activities carried out by EPC CONTRACTOR and Subcontractor/Vendors at the main Topside Construction worksite and at Subcontractor&rsquo;s facilities during the execution phases, to ensure that his discipline&rsquo;s contractual and technical requirements are duly applied by Contractor and/or Subcontractors.
</li><li>To ascertain that the facilities are built as per the project requirements; verify that EPC Contractor and Subcontractors are using latest AFC drawings, fabrication procedures and methodologies.
</li><li>Report on a day-to-day basis directly to PVV Superintendent
</li><li>Work alongside other PVV supervisors, and, as such, provides accurate progress and/or technical issues on daily basis.
</li><li>Accountable for demonstrating, individually, an exemplary behaviour about HSSE rules &amp; requirements and ensures compliance with quality standards.
</li><li>Search for the most efficient technical solutions.
</li><li>Possibility of involvement in his discipline activities during hook-up, installation and offshore commissioning phases.</li>
</ul>
<div><p>Activities</p></div>
<ul>
<li>To promote &amp; comply with applicable safety instructions and other Company HSE procedures in all activities.
</li><li>To carry out work in compliance with COMPANY values and policies, relevant laws and regulations, agreed COMPANY priorities and objectives, COMPANY standards and procedures and good industry practices.
</li><li>To treat all information obtained during course of the work with confidentiality.
</li><li>During construction and pre-commissioning phases, the CONTRACTOR&rsquo;s PERSONNEL shall:
<ul><li>Monitor and control the implementation on site of the approved drawings and plans, Surveillance plans, Inspection and test plans,
</li><li>Monitor and control CTR&rsquo;s daily / weekly progress report for Piping prefabrication, assembly and erection,
</li><li>Liaise with COMPANY QC team to ensure that the works are closely inspected by the contractor&rsquo;s QC inspection team (e.g. RT, UT, MPI, PMI, etc.);
</li><li>Liaise with COMPANY Pre-Com / ICAPS team -Perform , witness , monitor PRE-Commissioning activities.
</li><li>Follow up on the implementation of decided action plans, or other mitigation plan issued,
</li><li>Stop &amp; report immediately to PVV Superintendent any anomaly or non-conformity,
</li><li>Attend and participate when requested, to the various construction meetings, and provide support to the PVV Superintendent in its various reviews
</li><li>Participate to construction, HSE or QAQC specific audits or visits; Provide regular inspection &amp; activity reports.
</li><li>Regularly monitor that scaffolding is adequate, propose, follow up site implementation of the changes agreed by COMPANY in order for safe and efficient work performance.
</li><li>Ensure that EPC Contractor and Subcontractor&rsquo;s personnel are qualified for the task they&rsquo;ve been assigned to.</li>
<li>Responsible for monitoring EPC Contractor&rsquo;s tools, equipment &amp; manpower resources are in accordance with approved mobilization plan and report to PVV Superintendent.
</li><li>Assist reporting during all phases and more particularly the close-out report and lesson learn.
</li></ul></li><li>Ensure the correct implementation of the Permit to Work system.
</li><li>If required by management, the PVV Supervisor will have to work during weekend and/or night shift during critical activities.
</li></ul><div><p>Qualifications &amp; Experience Required</p></div>
<ul>
<li>﻿Have an Associate's or BS degree in a technical field or extensive oil &amp; gas Construction experience.
</li><li>Have strong working knowledge &amp; experience of construction yard.
</li><li>Professional Experience (number of years): 10.
</li><li>Experience within project: (number of years): 5.
</li><li>Piping experience is required on topsides EPCIC Project and practical knowledge of Oil &amp; gas Industry practices &amp; applicable codes and standards such as ASME, API, ISO, ASTM, etc.
</li><li>Conversant with General Arrangement, Piping drawings, Test pack dossier, ICAPS system
</li><li>Good leadership skills and good communication skills.
</li><li>Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment.
</li><li>Be skilled in using computer programs for word processing, database management, spreadsheets and e-mail communications. Familiar with PRODOM/MANASA a benefit
</li><li>Mandatory language is English &amp; Local language based on EPC location (Mandarin for WHP and CPP, Korean for CPP)
</li><li>H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings.</li></ul></div>
