<li>Work with Maintenance &amp; Inspection Manager to ensure adequate spare parts levels.</li>
<li>Verify proper usage of SAP MM for optimum spare parts and stock management.</li>
<li>Lead system evolutions of computerized stock management.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Supply Chain &amp; Marine Manager for urgent items.</li>
<li>Participate in stock reduction initiatives.</li>

<li>Ensure adherence to company rules, JV requirements, and applicable laws (including tax and customs regulations).</li>

<li>Ensure proper administration, filing, and updating of documents in SAP, Agora, or central drives.</li>

<li>Manage, coach, motivate, and develop C&amp;P department personnel.</li>
<li>Develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) based on competency gap analysis.</li>

<li>Support recruitment, training, and development of C&amp;P personnel through competency-based plans.</li>

<li>Manage efficient cost control by coordinating with multiple stakeholders.</li>

<li>Ensure MARSA LNG rules and specifications are implemented for all C&amp;P topics.</li>

Services- Senior Contracts Procurement Lead Engineer

<div><div><p>Scope Of Service</p></div>
<p>
CONTRACTOR&rsquo;s PERSONNEL is accountable for the following activities:
</p><ul><li>Assist and support the Commissioning Mechanical Leader in supervising the Mechanical activities of the EPC Contractors, in both preparation and execution phases.
</li><li>Report directly to the Commissioning Mechanical Discipline Leader,
</li><li>Witness and/or verify all Mechanical Activities and system completion activities performed by the EPC Contractor including approval of tasks and punch lists.
</li><li>Bring support to PVV team in their activities (If needed and approved by CSL)
</li><li>Supervise all Mechanical Pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities for assigned sub-systems. This includes preparatory activities, coordinating resources (technicians, equipment, other departments), expediting documentation (Handover dossiers), attending walk downs from construction to commissioning and from commissioning to operations and formally agreeing and categorizing punch-list items.
</li><li>Assist and control the vendor support required for the assigned systems.
</li><li>Assist his discipline leader to follow closely the commissioning of
</li><li>systems/subsystems assigned in accordance with the commissioning procedures and commissioning and start-up schedule, coordinating the various disciplines, and ensuring all disciplines reach assigned targets as per system completion schedule.
</li><li>Compile relevant documentation to support handover and acceptance of systems to Operations.
</li><li>Ensure that the Mechanical content of the dossiers is accurate and complete before they are accepted from construction, commissioning and before approval by operations department.

</li><li>Verifying implementation and adhesion of EPC Contractor with the requirements of the CONTRACT Exhibit L.

</li><li>Maintain good relationships with EPC Contractor, being flexible enough but also strict when necessary to achieve the HSE objectives of the Project.
</li><li>Ensure that all activities related to working at heights are performed in a controlled and safe manner.
</li><li>Ensure that a safe working environment is provided to workers by EPC Contractor where all equipment is inspected, controlled and/or tagged and fit for the activities.
</li><li>Ensure that pressure tests are properly performed, covered by appropriate PTW and JHA, safe perimeter properly defined and operators aware of the risks.
</li><li>Familiar with the Permit to Work process and controls (audits) to ensure that activities are permanently under control and managed accordingly.
