Job Summary:Seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead ServiceNow development and deployment efforts supporting the expansion of the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform at an enterprise level.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM modules including planning, execution, and transition to operations.</li><li>Manage a cross-functional team of developers, administrators, business analysts, and organizational change management specialists.</li><li>Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with mission needs and technical requirements.</li><li>Oversee Agile ceremonies and ensure sprint deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.</li><li>Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies using ServiceNow SPM and other PM tools.</li><li>Ensure compliance with federal frameworks (e.g., ISO 20000, CMMI Level 3, ITIL v4).</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>6+ years of project management experience, including 2+ years leading ServiceNow implementations.</li><li>Proven experience managing federal IT projects</li><li>Strong understanding of ServiceNow HRSD, ITSM, and SPM modules.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile, CX, and ethnographic design principles</li><li>PMP or CSM certification preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Washington, DC 20591
