We are seeking a dependable, detail oriented Optical Technician to join our team.Position Overview:The Optical Technician plays a key role in supporting the doctor and ensuring a smooth patient experience. This position involves both clinical and optical responsibilities, as well as direct patient interaction.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Pre-test patients (auto-refraction, tonometry, visual field, OCT/retinal imaging)</li><li>Assist the doctor during examinations as needed</li><li>Accurately document patient information in EMR</li><li>Take accurate measurements (PD, seg height, etc)</li><li>Adjust, repair and troubleshoot eyewear</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam lanes</li><li>Provide outstanding customer service at all times</li></ul>Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hourExpected hours: 36 &ndash; 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
