You&rsquo;ll blend technical know‑how with a warm, confident presence&mdash;able to explain complex things simply, while staying friendly, professional, and easy to work with.What You&rsquo;ll DoTechnical Surveys &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Visit customers&rsquo; homes to perform comprehensive site surveys: electrical panels, gas lines, clearances, pad locations, and permitting requirements.</li><li>Capture detailed photos, sketches, and measurements using our CRM and mobile tools.</li><li>Document everything installation teams need to deliver safe, code-compliant installations and great customer experiences.</li></ul>Support the Sales Process<ul><li>Initiate the sales conversation and hand off to our remote Design Specialists for system sizing and closing.</li><li>Follow our proven WATTS-style sales system to identify decision-makers, budgets, and timelines.</li><li>Clearly and calmly explain your findings to homeowners, balancing technical expertise with an approachable, friendly demeanor.</li></ul>Deliver Results<ul><li>Run all issued appointments on time with professionalism and accuracy.</li><li>Hit performance targets: appointment completion rate, data quality, and impact on close rates, margin, and average sale price.</li><li>Consistently generate self-sourced or referral leads from your field presence.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking ForEntry-Level Role &amp; Compensation Structure This is an entry-level position with a $24,000 base salary and a heavily incentive-driven compensation model. High performers have the ability to exceed $100,000 annually, reflecting strong execution, professionalism, and adherence to our proven processes.Must-Haves:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Experience in home services, residential construction, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or generators (strongly preferred).</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation.
