 Planning, managing, and coordinating the sponsor company&rsquo;s operations end-to-end,
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining regular communication with sponsors and managing meeting and reporting processes,
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting operational budget planning, cost control, and financial tracking,
 </li>
 <li>
 Improving operational processes and increasing efficiency and quality standards,
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing operation-related teams and monitoring their performance,
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing regular reports to senior management.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Preferably has managerial experience in healthcare, clinical research, or similar operational structures,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experienced in operations management, budgeting, and financial processes,
 </li>
 <li>
 Competent in sponsor management and stakeholder communication,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical thinking skills with excellent planning and organizational abilities,
 </li>
 <li>
 High leadership, team management, and decision-making skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced communication and representation abilities,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in MS Office applications,
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
 </li>
 <li>
 Having experience as a Site Coordinator or CRA (Clinical Research Associate).
 </li>
