Key Account Operation Manager

Job Description

• Planning, managing, and coordinating the sponsor company’s operations end-to-end,
• Maintaining regular communication with sponsors and managing meeting and reporting processes,
• Conducting operational budget planning, cost control, and financial tracking,
• Improving operational processes and increasing efficiency and quality standards,
• Managing operation-related teams and monitoring their performance,
• Providing regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Preferably has managerial experience in healthcare, clinical research, or similar operational structures,
• Experienced in operations management, budgeting, and financial processes,
• Competent in sponsor management and stakeholder communication,
• Strong analytical thinking skills with excellent planning and organizational abilities,
• High leadership, team management, and decision-making skills,
• Advanced communication and representation abilities,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Having experience as a Site Coordinator or CRA (Clinical Research Associate).
