Role & Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of key strategic customers, acting as their primary commercial contact.
Build and execute customer‑specific account plans aligned with company commercial strategy and growth targets.
Conduct regular business reviews (MBR/QBR), analyzing customer performance, volume trends, forecasts and profitability.
Identify and drive upsell/cross‑sell opportunities across ocean freight, inland, intermodal and end‑to‑end logistics solutions.
Ensure timely delivery of quotations, manage tenders (RFQ/RFI), and support contract negotiations.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (operations, pricing, CS, finance, logistics teams) to ensure service excellence.
Monitor market dynamics, competitive activity and customer needs to support strategic decision making.
Maintain CRM data accuracy and prepare reports for management on account status and growth opportunities.
Support the commercial team in driving digital adoption (eBusiness tools, online booking, tracking, invoicing).
Handle escalations proactively and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, Engineering, Logistics or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in key account management, sales, commercial roles or customer-facing roles (preferably in shipping, freight forwarding, logistics or transportation sectors).
Strong understanding of supply chain, ocean freight, inland/intermodal solutions is a plus.
Excellent communication, client relationship management and negotiation skills.
Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel and CRM proficiency).
High sense of ownership, problem‑solving and follow‑through capabilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced international environment.
Strong time‑management, prioritization and presentation skills.
Fluency in written and spoken English (part of the interview will be conducted in English)
