SGA Travel is a boutique Destination Management Company based in Istanbul, specialising in local, unique and sustainable travel experiences across Türkiye. As a Travelife Certified DMC, we work closely with local communities, women-led cooperatives, and responsible suppliers to create meaningful journeys.

We are looking for an Operations professional with 3–5 years of DMC experience who wants to grow into an Operations Manager role within a sustainability-driven international DMC.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage tour files and operational documentation
• Coordinate transportation (vehicles, drivers, schedules)
• Handle operational reservations and supplier confirmations
• Maintain supplier data and services in Ezus
• Act as the bridge between guides, suppliers, and the office
• Ensure smooth, accurate, and sustainability-conscious operations
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years’ experience in a travel agency or DMC
• Strong English communication skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, solution-driven
• Confident with reservation/operation systems (Ezus is a plus)
• Motivated to grow into a leadership role
• Genuine interest in responsible tourism
