Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator will support and coordinate sales operations through a hybrid working model involving market visits and office-based coordination. The role focuses on managing customer relationships, order processing, market intelligence, and ensuring smooth communication between production, logistics, and clients for plastic manufacturing products.

Key Responsibilities1. Market Visit & Business Development

  • Conduct regular market visits to distributors, wholesalers, and industrial clients
  • Identify new sales opportunities and potential customers
  • Promote company’s plastic products (e.g., packaging materials, molded products, industrial plastic items)
  • Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies
  • Collect market feedback and customer demand trends

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups
  • Ensure timely order confirmation and delivery coordination
  • Support after-sales service and resolve sales-related issues

3. Sales Coordination (Office-Based Work)

  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices
  • Coordinate with production department regarding order scheduling
  • Follow up with accounts for payment recovery
  • Maintain updated sales records and MIS reports
  • Track dispatch status and coordinate with logistics

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily market visit reports
  • Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports
  • Maintain customer database and sales pipeline
  • Assist in sales forecasting and target planning

5. Compliance & Internal Coordination

  • Ensure adherence to company pricing policies
  • Coordinate with warehouse for stock availability
  • Support promotional campaigns and trade activities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BBA / Marketing / Business Administration preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination (Manufacturing / Plastic Industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting
  • Willingness to travel for market visits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
