Sales Coordinator & Pre-Sales and Technical Support Engineer

Cervello Tech is a rapidly growing specialist in state-of-the-art Audiovisual (AV) and Unified Communication (UC) solutions. We partner with industry-leading brands to provide cutting-edge hardware, including Interactive Displays, Video Conferencing Systems, and IP PBX solutions.

We are looking for energetic, organized, and proactive individuals (Male & Female) to join our foundational team at our Lahore Office.

The Role

As a Sales Coordinator and Pre-Sales / Technical Support Engineer, you will be the backbone of our hardware and networking solutions. You will bridge the gap between initial customer outreach and technical execution, ensuring clients receive expert guidance and seamless support.

  • Salary: PKR 40,000 – 60,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
  • Type: Full-time, Permanent (On-site)
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
  • Location: Office No. 9, 2nd Floor, IT Tower Shopping Mall, 73-E/1, Gulberg III, Hali Road, Lahore.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Coordination & Lead Generation

  • Research and identify potential local organizational customers (Corporate, Education, and Government sectors).
  • Execute lead generation strategies to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate between the sales team and technical departments to ensure timely follow-ups.

2. Pre-Sales Engineering

  • Conduct technical demonstrations of AV and UC products for prospective clients.
  • Assist in designing technical solutions and preparing equipment BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
  • Address technical queries during the initial phase of the sales cycle.

3. Technical Support

  • Provide top-tier technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware and networking systems.
  • Oversee seamless installations and provide post-deployment support to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

We are seeking candidates with a blend of academic knowledge and hands-on experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Sales & Marketing, BS, or B.Eng. in Electronics / Telecommunication Engineering.
  • Note: Candidates with a Diploma in Electronics Engineering and relevant field experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer relations, electronic hardware, or networking solutions.
  • Technical Skills: * Strong troubleshooting abilities for hardware and AV systems.
  • Solid understanding of networking protocols and IP-based solutions.
  • Familiarity with Unified Communication tools (Video Conferencing, IP PBX).
  • Soft Skills: A proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a high commitment to office discipline and punctuality.
