IT Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support for courier operations systems (shipment tracking, delivery apps, etc.)
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues at warehouse and office
• Maintain attendance machines, scanners, printers, and other operational devices
• Support riders and operations team with mobile app / system issues
• Ensure smooth connectivity between branches and head office
• Manage system backups, user accounts, and basic IT security

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and hardware
• Experience with LAN/WAN, routers, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with courier/logistics software is a plus
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure in operational environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
