Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide IT support for courier operations systems (shipment tracking, delivery apps, etc.)</li><li>Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues at warehouse and office</li><li>Maintain attendance machines, scanners, printers, and other operational devices</li><li>Support riders and operations team with mobile app / system issues</li><li>Ensure smooth connectivity between branches and head office</li><li>Manage system backups, user accounts, and basic IT security</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and hardware</li><li>Experience with LAN/WAN, routers, and troubleshooting</li><li>Familiarity with courier/logistics software is a plus</li><li>Good communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure in operational environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
