<ul><li>Manage and maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams (operations, finance, customer support).</li><li>Ensure smooth day-to-day courier operations for key accounts.</li><li>Monitor service performance (SLA, delivery timelines, complaints, returns).</li><li>Resolve client issues and escalations in coordination with operations.</li><li>Prepare and share regular performance reports with clients (shipments, billing, KPIs).</li><li>Identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts.</li><li>Negotiate rates, contracts, and service-level agreements with approval.</li><li>Ensure timely billing, collections, and reconciliation for assigned accounts.</li><li>Coordinate onboarding of new key clients and ensure proper account setup.</li><li>Track competitor activity and market trends.</li><li>Achieve assigned revenue and retention targets.</li></ul><p>Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
