Relevant Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related field)
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (ERP/CRM knowledge is a plus)

  • Timely and accurate documentation & reporting
  • Efficient sales support and follow-ups
  • Smooth office operations and cost control

Job Description:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations and office management
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents
  • Maintain client database, records, and project documentation
  • Assist in bid submissions, compliance, and follow-ups
  • Manage contracts, POs, invoices, and reporting
  • Support basic finance (invoicing, payments) and HR coordination
  • Ensure SOP compliance and improve operational processes
