Plastic Industries Phool Nagar Plant is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Head of Quality to lead and strengthen our Quality Assurance &amp; Quality Control functions. Candidates with relevant experience in the Plastic Industry will be strongly preferred.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems across production operations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Lead QA/QC teams to maintain product consistency and minimize defects.</li><li>Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.</li><li>Oversee incoming raw material inspections and finished goods quality checks.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.</li><li>Manage audits, certifications, and customer quality complaints professionally.</li><li>Coordinate closely with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain departments.</li><li>Prepare quality reports, KPIs, and management presentations.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s / Master&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or relevant field.</li><li>Minimum 8&ndash;10 years of quality management experience, preferably in the Plastic Manufacturing Industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of ISO standards, quality tools, and process improvement methodologies.</li><li>Proven leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.</li></ul>We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Professional growth opportunities</li><li>Dynamic and progressive work environment</li></ul>Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Head of Quality

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Import Executive to manage and oversee import operations for raw materials, machinery, and spare parts related to plastic manufacturing. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination with international suppliers, compliance with regulatory requirements, and timely clearance of shipments.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end import processes including order placement, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination</li><li>Liaise with international suppliers for procurement of raw materials (PET resin, masterbatch, additives) and machinery parts</li><li>Handle import documentation such as L/C, Form-E, Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and GD filing</li><li>Ensure compliance with customs regulations, SROs, and import policies</li><li>Coordinate with clearing agents, freight forwarders, and shipping lines for timely clearance</li><li>Monitor shipment schedules and minimize demurrage/detention costs</li><li>Maintain records of import transactions and prepare reports for management</li><li>Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure uninterrupted material supply</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or relevant field</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in import operations, preferably in the plastic or manufacturing industry</li><li>Strong knowledge of import procedures, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance</li><li>Hands-on experience with ERP systems and documentation handling</li><li>Good communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Familiarity with PET, HDPE, and plastic raw materials supply chain</li><li>Knowledge of HS codes, duty structures, and SRO regulations</li><li>Experience dealing with international vendors (China, UAE, Europe, etc.)</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Growth opportunities in a dynamic manufacturing environment</li><li>Professional and supportive work culture</li></ul>Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
