Key Punch Operator (KPO)

Job Summary:
Continental Plastic industry Pvt Ltd Sheikhupura is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Key Punch Operators to accurately enter, update, and maintain data in our computer systems. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input data from source documents into computer systems using keyboards or data entry devices
• Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before and after entry
• Review and correct errors to ensure high data quality
• Maintain organized records of entered data and source documents
• Follow established data entry procedures and formatting guidelines
• Protect confidential and sensitive information at all times
• Meet daily, weekly, or monthly data entry targets and deadlines
• Coordinate with supervisors or team members to resolve data discrepancies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Intermediate or Graduate in Commerce
• Proven experience as a Key Punch Operator or Data Entry Clerk preferred
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and data entry software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
