The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and Environmental regulations, implementing safety policies, and promoting a safe working environment at the project site.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures at the project site.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and Ministry regulations.</li><li>Conduct daily site inspections to identify hazards and unsafe practices.</li><li>Prepare Risk Assessments (RA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Method Statements.</li><li>Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and safety training for workers.</li><li>Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports.</li><li>Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on site.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain safety standards.</li><li>Maintain HSE documentation and ensure records are updated and compliant.</li><li>Liaise with client representatives and government authorities when required.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree (relevant field) &ndash; Degree Certificate must be attested by MOFA Qatar.</li><li>Minimum 4 years of experience as a Safety Officer in building construction projects.</li><li>Valid NEBOSH certification.</li><li>Valid IOS Certificate.</li><li>IOSH certification</li><li>Strong knowledge of Qatar construction safety regulations and standards.</li><li>Ability to prepare safety reports and documentation independently.</li><li>Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).</li><li>Must be locally available in Qatar with transferable sponsorship (preferred).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Safety Officer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our construction project team. To perform masonry works including tile fixing, block work, plastering, and repair activities for buildings and facilities. Ensure all maintenance tasks a re completed to high quality standards and in compliance with safety guidelines.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform all types of tile installation, including ceramic, porcelain, marble, and granite tiles.</li><li>Carry out tile cutting, shaping, leveling, and grouting with precision.</li><li>Conduct maintenance and repair works for damaged or loose tiles in various facilities.</li><li>Execute masonry works such as block laying, plastering, patching, and surface preparation.</li><li>Inspect work areas to determine required materials, measurements, and repair needs.</li><li>Mix and apply mortar, adhesives, sealants, and grouts as per project requirements.</li><li>Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and finishing of installed tiles.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance and emergency repair tasks as assigned by the supervisor.</li><li>Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness of the work area.</li><li>Provide support to other maintenance team members when needed.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience as a Mason/Tiles Fixer in maintenance or facility management.</li><li>Good knowledge of tile installation tools, adhesives, grouting materials, and cutting machines.</li><li>Ability to read drawings, measurements, and material specifications.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and finishing quality.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.</li><li>Basic communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.</li><li>Valid Qatari ID and transferable visa preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, ensuring reliable performance, system integration, and compliance with the highest quality and safety standards.
