We are looking for a motivated Operations Executive to join our team and help streamline dealership operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee daily dealership operations and ensure smooth workflow.</li><li>Coordinate with sales, service, and administrative teams to optimize processes.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of vehicles, inventory, and customer interactions.</li><li>Assist in preparing reports and operational documentation for management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries and provide support related to vehicle operations.</li><li>Support logistics, vehicle registration, and documentation processes.</li><li>Identify areas for operational improvement and propose solutions.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Female candidates preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 1-2 years experience in operations, automotive, or dealership environment.</li><li>Should have strong communication skills and be able to confidently interact with the sales team. Must have a strong personality.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Knowledge of automotive industry processes is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
