Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily dealership operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and administrative teams to optimize processes.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicles, inventory, and customer interactions.
• Assist in preparing reports and operational documentation for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide support related to vehicle operations.
• Support logistics, vehicle registration, and documentation processes.
• Identify areas for operational improvement and propose solutions.

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in operations, automotive, or dealership environment.
• Should have strong communication skills and be able to confidently interact with the sales team. Must have a strong personality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of automotive industry processes is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
