Recruitment &amp; Training CoordinatorAlways Best Care: Las Cruces, NMSchedule: Full TimePay: $40,000-$50,000Always Best Care Las Cruces is seeking an energetic, organized, and people-focused Recruitment &amp; Training Coordinator to join our team! This role plays a vital part in ensuring our caregivers are compassionate, prepared, and ready to deliver exceptional home care services to our clients.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment &amp; Hiring:<ul><li>Build applicant pipelines through community outreach, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, social media, and job boards.</li><li>Create and post engaging job advertisements.</li><li>Screen and interview candidates; verify references; assess suitability for caregiver roles.</li><li>Coordinate interviews with management and make hiring recommendations.</li><li>Represent the agency professionally at job fairs and community events.</li></ul>Onboarding &amp; Training:<ul><li>Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.</li><li>Create and maintain employee files within WellSky.</li><li>Introduce new caregivers to clients and provide on-site training as needed.</li><li>Assign, track, and follow up on required online training.</li><li>Maintain organized training records.</li><li>Designate deadlines for ongoing education and certifications.</li></ul>General Responsibilities:<ul><li>Stay current with employment trends, home care industry standards, and relevant regulations.</li><li>Support the agency&rsquo;s mission, vision, values, and goals.</li><li>Participate in staff development activities, in-services, and professional organizations.</li><li>Provide after-hours and weekend on-call support every other week.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrator or Alternate Administrator.</li></ul>Qualifications:Preferred: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)<ul><li>High school diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.</li><li>Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.</li><li>Knowledge of home care or healthcare settings strongly preferred.</li><li>Understanding of basic employment law.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to interact professionally with caregivers, clients, families, and community</li><li>partners.</li></ul>● Proficient in computer skills, including email, record keeping, and database navigation.Core Competencies:<ul><li>Communication: Clear, timely, professional communication across all channels.</li><li>Interpersonal Skills: Builds rapport easily, listens actively, and handles high-tension situations with tact.</li><li>Leadership: Confident decision-maker; able to address challenges directly and effectively.</li><li>Organization: Highly detail-oriented; able to multitask and prioritize effectively.</li><li>Problem-Solving: Able to make sound, well-reasoned decisions quickly.</li><li>Compliance: Knowledgeable about state and federal home care regulations.</li></ul>Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for most of the day.</li><li>Ability to move within the office as needed.</li><li>Frequent operation of office equipment (computer, copier, fax, printer).</li><li>Ability to communicate clearly with clients, staff, and external partners.</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.</li></ul>Why Join Always Best Care?<ul><li>Supportive, mission-driven company culture</li><li>Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in caregivers&rsquo; lives</li><li>Professional development opportunities</li><li>A team that values integrity, compassion, and excellence</li></ul>If you're ready to help caregivers succeed and support a mission-driven home care agency, apply today to join Always Best Care Las Cruces!Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
