Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within a designated territory, building strong relationships with clients, and effectively managing accounts. This role requires a blend of technical sales expertise and exceptional communication skills to engage with B2B clients and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.Duties<ul><li>Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve territory sales targets.</li><li>Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market research.</li><li>Conduct thorough presentations .</li><li>Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.</li><li>Manage existing accounts by maintaining strong relationships and identifying opportunities for upselling.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.</li><li>Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development.</li><li>Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities, managing contacts, and reporting on performance metrics.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>5 - 10 years of International and Domestic Logistics experience - a MUST</li><li>Proven experience in sales management or a related field, preferably in technical sales or B2B environments.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.</li><li>Excellent lead generation capabilities with a focus on building long-term client relationships.</li><li>Proficiency in account management practices to ensure client retention and satisfaction.</li><li>Demonstrated business development acumen with an understanding of market dynamics.</li><li>Familiarity with relevant software tools for sales tracking and reporting is preferred.</li><li>A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</li></ul>Join us in this exciting opportunity to make an impact in our growing organization!Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of International and Domestic Logistics experience do you have? </li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kent, WA 98031
