Territory Sales Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within a designated territory, building strong relationships with clients, and effectively managing accounts. This role requires a blend of technical sales expertise and exceptional communication skills to engage with B2B clients and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Duties

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve territory sales targets.
  • Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Conduct thorough presentations .
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage existing accounts by maintaining strong relationships and identifying opportunities for upselling.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development.
  • Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities, managing contacts, and reporting on performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 5 - 10 years of International and Domestic Logistics experience - a MUST
  • Proven experience in sales management or a related field, preferably in technical sales or B2B environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent lead generation capabilities with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in account management practices to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated business development acumen with an understanding of market dynamics.
  • Familiarity with relevant software tools for sales tracking and reporting is preferred.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
