<p></p><div><p>The Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing Amada&rsquo;s processes. This role ensures the efficient, cost-effective, and timely movement of materials and products.</p>

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<br>
<ul><li>Oversee and manage the complete process from procurement to delivery, ensuring</li></ul>
alignment with company goals and customer expectations.<br>
<ul><li>Develop and implement strategies that drive operational excellence, efficiency, and</li></ul>
cost reduction.<br>
<ul><li>Oversee counts.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and develop the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement</li></ul>
and accountability.<br>
<ul><li>Utilize Infor/Syteline ERP to manage demand planning, advanced forecasting, materials</li></ul>
management, production scheduling, and supplier coordination.<br>
<ul><li>Analyze data and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, forecast demand, and optimize levels.</li><li>Negotiate and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with different departments to help with business objectives.</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical sourcing</li></ul>
practices.<br>
<ul><li>Prepare and present regular reports on performance, risk management, and key</li></ul>
performance indicators (KPIs).<br>
<ul><li>Drive initiatives to implement digital transformation and automation within processes</li></ul>
using Infor/Syteline tools.<br>
<ul><li>In-office work 5 days a week at the assigned branch office.</li><li>English speaking during an emergency and while performing job duties where there is potential</li></ul>
for an emergency. This does not apply to casual conversations between employees while not<br>
performing a job duty</div><div><br>
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<br>
<ul><li>Prepares special reports as needed.</li><li>Provides supporting documents as requested by auditors.</li><li>Assists in miscellaneous duties within the company.</li><li>Demonstrate a commitment to an Injury-Free Environment by complying with all aspects of the</li></ul>
corporate environmental, health and safety program.</div>

KNOWLEDGE:<br>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or 10 years of equivalent experience in warehouse distribution management.</li><li>5+ years of experience.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with Infor/Syteline ERP system required.</li><li>Proven success in developing and executing strategies.</li></ul></div>

SKILLS:<br>
<ul><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and detail oriented. Able to lead, train, and</li></ul>
handle multiple tasks simultaneously and stay organized.<br>
<ul><li>Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.</li><li>Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies a plus.</li><li>Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.</li><li>Strong computer knowledge in Microsoft Office.</li></ul></div>
