The ideal candidate should be skilled in handling social media platforms, creating engaging content, interacting with potential customers, and converting leads into sales.Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management&#9679; Manage company profiles across social media platforms&#9679; Manage the social media team from brands side and manage the scheduling of postings and content (images, videos, reels, stories, blogs).&#9679; Respond to customer queries, comments, and DMs promptly to build strong engagement.&#9679; Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.Sales &amp; Business Development&#9679; Assist customers in identifying products that suit their needs, preferences, and budget.&#9679; Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring repeat and referral business.&#9679; Handle leads generated through social media campaigns and convert them into sales.&#9679; Handle inbound leads from social media, WhatsApp, and website inquiries.&#9679; Pitch products/services to potential customers through calls, emails, and online meetings.&#9679; Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support.&#9679; Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.Requirements:&#9679; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.&#9679; 1&ndash;3 years of experience in social media management.&#9679; Experience in sales as well would be appreciated&#9679; Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
