This is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai for a Marketing Executive. We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to manage our online presence and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should be skilled in handling social media platforms, creating engaging content, interacting with potential customers, and converting leads into sales.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate should be skilled in handling social media platforms, creating engaging content, interacting with potential customers, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

● Manage company profiles across social media platforms

● Manage the social media team from brands side and manage the scheduling of postings and content (images, videos, reels, stories, blogs).

● Respond to customer queries, comments, and DMs promptly to build strong engagement.

● Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Sales & Business Development

● Assist customers in identifying products that suit their needs, preferences, and budget.

● Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring repeat and referral business.

● Handle leads generated through social media campaigns and convert them into sales.

● Handle inbound leads from social media, WhatsApp, and website inquiries.

● Pitch products/services to potential customers through calls, emails, and online meetings.

● Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support.

● Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

● 1–3 years of experience in social media management.

● Experience in sales as well would be appreciated

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
