 The Clinical Analyst acts as a vital bridge between clinical and business operations at Amana Healthcare, ensuring that Hospital Information Systems such as Oracle Cerner and Fusion operate seamlessly to support workflows, enhance patient safety, and drive business growth. This role focuses on innovative system implementation, configuration, and testing, while maintaining data integrity and fostering continuous improvement. It also involves providing ongoing staff training and collaborating closely with clinical and IT teams to optimize Cerner electronic health record applications so they meet organizational needs and elevate patient care delivery.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Configure and implement Cerner EHR applications tailored to clinical workflows; build, test, and deploy modules (CPOE, PharmNet, Supply Chain, Registration &amp; Scheduling) and enhancements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy and performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide advanced end-user support; analyze and resolve complex system issues promptly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain system documentation and update configuration records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with healthcare providers and IT teams to optimize functionality and identify workflow improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support Cerner-related projects and upgrades as a technical resource.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and deliver training sessions for clinical staff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create user guides and support materials for Cerner applications.

 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, or related field; Cerner certification preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience with Cerner Millennium (PowerChart, PharmNet, Supply Chain) or other Cerner EHR systems; strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in Cerner Millennium EHR configuration and support, including build and configuration for CPOE, PharmNet, Supply Chain, Registration &amp; Scheduling; knowledge of solution integration and clinical workflow optimization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of BMDI and Radiology (optional); proficiency in data integrity and system troubleshooting.
 </li>

 The Speech and Language Pathologist is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with speech, language, voice, communication, and swallowing disorders. The role plays a vital part in supporting long-term care patients, including those with neurological, developmental, and acquired conditions, to maximize their functional communication and swallowing abilities, thereby enhancing their quality of life.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assess and diagnose communication, speech, language, and swallowing disorders across all age groups; conduct bedside and instrumental swallowing assessments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and medical conditions; deliver evidence-based therapy for communication difficulties (e.g., aphasia, dysarthria, apraxia, stuttering, voice disorders) and manage dysphagia.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (physicians, nurses, therapists, dietitians, psychologists) to ensure comprehensive care; participate in case conferences, family meetings, and care planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Educate and counsel patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals, home programs, and communication strategies; support training of nursing staff and caregivers in managing communication and swallowing issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes; ensure compliance with Bahrain health regulations, ethical standards, and hospital policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Engage in professional development by staying current with advances in speech-language pathology practices.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Speech and Language Pathology / Speech Therapy from a recognized university.
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid NHRA license (or eligibility) to practice in Bahrain.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 3 years&rsquo; experience as a Speech and Language Pathologist, preferably in hospital or long-term care settings; experience with adult neurological conditions (stroke, TBI, Parkinson&rsquo;s, dementia) highly desirable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong diagnostic and clinical reasoning abilities; commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, empathy, and patience; ability to educate and support patients, caregivers, and staff effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborative team player in multidisciplinary environments.
 </li>
