Job Title: IT RecruiterExperience: 2&ndash;3 Years Location: Gurgaon Employment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for technical roles across multiple technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions (Junior to Senior levels).</li><li>Understand job requirements from hiring managers and translate them into effective hiring strategies.</li><li>Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), referrals, social media, and networking.</li><li>Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess technical fit.</li><li>Coordinate technical interviews and follow up on feedback.</li><li>Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure regular updates to stakeholders.</li><li>Handle offer management, negotiation, documentation, and onboarding support.</li><li>Maintain recruitment data and MIS reports.</li><li>Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Proven experience in IT/Technical recruitment.</li><li>Hands-on experience hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, QA, UI, Data, etc.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Boolean search and sourcing techniques.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
